Appears to be extremely talented, but you have to wonder about his commitment. After a less than satisfying rookie season, you would think he would be doing anything possible to make a good impression on the new administration. He has a chance to be a star in NY, and there's no better place to excel. Whether it's immaturity or off field distractions, he needs to get his head straight. I'd love to see what he could do in the new offense, with an improved Oline giving D. Jones time to throw (at least that's what I believe will happen) and some imaginative offensive play calling. However, if you don't show your teammates that you're going to do whatever is needed to succeed, then you become a liability. He's running out of time in NY, and that's a shame.
