John Mara and Steve Tisch brought in the right GM to turn this team around. Probably more changes will be coming. Joe Schoen is going to have to address some problems, but I think he's up to it. I now feel like the Giants are pointed in the right direction. Very optimistic about 2022.

We all are. But not to throw cold water on this, i think a lot of us felt this way when Judge was hired.

You're not. As you know the Giants still had Gettleman as their GM. Gettleman hired Judge.

I just happen to think that Shoen will make the right changes to the front office.
I also think he's going to have a really good draft. Having said he has a lot of work to do.

This kind of sums it up. On another site Pro Football Focus released their list of top 101 players in 2021.
After 4 years of drafting with so many prime picks. Having spent $150 million last year on free agents the Giants only had one player on the list. Andrew Thomas was the only player to make the list at #80.
There were 4 of Gettleman's drafts and two by Judge. Gettleman and Judge agreed on the free agent signings.
No Giant player in 2021 made the Pro Bowl. No player made the 1st team All Pro or 2nd team All Pro.
Yet the team is in cap hell this year. The Giants have players who are paid to perform like elite Pro Bowl or All Pro players but haven't delivered. IMHO it's time for Schoen to clean this mess up.
