I think that would be expecting too much too soon. I would be happy with .500,

For me it's impossible to say at this very early date.
Can we get through free agencym the draft and training camp first before we start worrying about this?
I would be extremely surprised if the Giants even reached a .500 record this season. Schoen is going about this the correct way. When your house is one step away from being condemned, it's time to tear it down and rebuild. Giants have to nail this draft. They need to find 4-5 starters and the rest being 1-2 years away from starting. The low budget free agents being brought in are smart moves, possibly finding future starters without blowing up the cap for coming seasons. . In my opinion, if the Giants draft well this year and next, they will be able to compete for a division title/playoff spot in 2-3 years. Hopefully injuries will not derail the Giants as in past seasons, maybe the new regime will have some answers. Patience will be key for Giants fans, allow the new regime time to turn this mess around. Although the past several seasons have been disappointing, those of us who lived through the mid 60's to the late 70's, early 80's understand the idea of patience. However, it has been shown that with proper management, a team can turn things around much quicker than in the past. Let's all hope so!

With all the picks form 2018 to 2021 if value was maximized the Giant would be in really great shape now.
We just have to nail this draft. Something the Giants have forgotten how to do, but I have confidence in Joe Shoen. Having seen the good, bad and really ugly this team can be turned around in two to three years.
I believe it will happen because John Mara and Steve Tisch are committed to change and getting this right.
