Sorry to crash the party, but I agree with Pat! The Giants 1st pick could have really good value. Even though this year QB class doesn't seem to have that can't miss franchise QB they usually get overrated closer to the draft. That could be an opportunity for a 22 & 23 1st round picks. As for Judge being GM while interesting it's not the Giants way.

I wouldn't. I'm not so sure these search firms are all they're cracked up to be when it comes to finding executives who have a scouting background.

Are we stuck with Golladay for two more years or is there a way to get out from underneath his contract? He ties up a lot of money for a guy who never wins a contested catch and seemingly isn't even perceived as an option in the red zone.

He has guaranteed money so unless they find a team to trade with, he's back next year.

Do you think that fan tirades about keeping Judge on every type of social media available influenced the Mara s at all in their decision?

Ownership has to sign off on the hire. My guess is the soonest we'll know is Friday night, but I'm thinking Saturday at the latest unless there's another monkey wrench thrown into the process.

Giants are scheduled to interview Graham today, Flores tomorrow and Frazier on Friday. That got me thinking maybe there's a monkey wrench somewhere. I though Dobell would be the guy? What do you think about Flores as head coach of the Giants? Thank You!

Didn't John Mara say in his yearend Mea Culpa the GM will "“oversee all aspects of our football operations, including player personnel, college scouting and coaching.” Now Ownership has to sign off on the head coach hire. So, what's really changed?

Answered by John Mara at today's news conference.

Couldn't agree more! Finding the right coaches with a shared vision and work together really well is so important. Maybe it's ancient history but wasn't there some rule or something to that effect that during the Super Bowl week coaching hires were not announced until after the Super Bowl?

It's not a rule, but some teams wait as a courtesy.
